North Jersey Warriors Club 12U Claim Victory Over Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano

North Jersey Warriors Club 12U were triumphant over Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano 7-5 on Sunday.

Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Hailey R singled, Kenadee A grounded out, and Kara L singled, each scoring one run.

North Jersey Warriors Club 12U tied the game in the top of the fourth thanks to a single by Lia B, and a walk by Nicolena M.

Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano took the lead in the bottom of the fifth. Emma K grounded out, scoring one run, to give Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano the advantage, 4-3.

North Jersey Warriors Club 12U made the score 7-4 in the top of the seventh after Nicolena M singled, scoring one run, a steal of home scored one run, and a steal of home scored two runs.

Mia A earned the win for North Jersey Warriors Club 12U. They allowed five hits and three runs over four innings, striking out two and walking two. Kyra H started the game for Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano. They surrendered four hits and five runs (one earned) over six and one-third innings, striking out two and walking three. Gianna B collected the save.

Nicolena M led North Jersey Warriors Club 12U with two runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. The third baseman went 1-for-2 on the day. Lia B, Gianna B, Reese S, Nicolena M, and Aanya M each collected one hit for North Jersey Warriors Club 12U.

Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano collected 10 hits in the game. Kara L led Langhorne Lightning 12U – Pelbano with three hits in three at bats.
